This session was all about improvisation using a repertoire of generic cooking techniques and applying same to donated ingredients. We collected: carrots, parsnips, pointed cabbage, broccoli and purple sprout broccoli, carvollo nero cabbage, potatoes, cooking apples and spring onions.
