I have no photos of our achievements from last week but it was no small feat we pulled off, and I think everybody’s feet were aching after we finished. We were tired but, to be honest, it felt good at the end of the day. Yesterday was very much the same except a little more rushed, but still a little more efficient, so we are getting better each week.
The menu this week included an excellent frittata, which was an improvisation on the Kelvin Spanish Omellete… which was basically Kelvin getting bored and adding some flour and pesto in to see how it would turn out and Marcella putting it together with style.
